• Photographers can specify the cities they are willing to travel to for shoots, enabling them to display professional snapshots and samples of their work.
• Clients have the ability to communicate with photographers to coordinate dates and times directly through the app.

The use of Luciba is governed by specific regulations. Both photographers and clients must agree to the following aspects when utilizing the contracting platform:

1. Acceptance of the terms and conditions of the contract.
2. Luciba reserves the right to enforce contractual obligations upon either party.
3. Acknowledgment of any amendments made by Luciba to the contract's terms.
4. Agreement to general terms governing the use of Luciba’s application, which may be modified as deemed necessary by Luciba.

Both parties commit to the following declarations:

1. The legal authority to engage in contracts with other entities.
2. The complete power to execute these agreements.
3. The possession of all necessary approvals and licenses required for executing the contract.
4. The confirmation that entering into this contract does not violate any legal responsibilities towards other parties.

Furthermore, both photographers and clients declare that all information regarding names and contact details used in this agreement is accurate and true. In case of a breach by either party regarding stated commitments or provided information, the affected party is entitled to file a complaint against the offending party.

Both parties acknowledge that Luciba operates solely as an electronic platform facilitating communication and contract execution between photographers and clients. Luciba does not act as an agent for either side nor assumes any responsibility for services rendered by photographers. Any claims or disputes against Luciba arising from contract execution fall solely on the individuals involved with mutual indemnification for expenses incurred due to such claims.

Luciba is entitled to impose a fee of 2.5% on the contract value or any other charges at its discretion. Following contract creation, it is incumbent upon photographers to fulfill required services while clients are obligated to remit agreed payments. Any disputes arising under this contract will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Justice courts.
